People Electric · Wound Core Distribution Transformer
Product overview
People Electric S11-M·RL uses a three-dimensional wound iron core in an oil-immersed distribution transformer. The manufacturer selection handbook provides capacity-specific technical data for a0.4kV secondary and the listed high-voltage windings. Each transformer is supplied to an agreed electrical and mechanical specification.
Technical selection summary
| Manufacturer / series | Original People Electric S11-M·RL |
|---|---|
| Construction | Three-phase; three-dimensional wound core; oil-immersed distribution transformer |
| Rated capacities | 30, 50, 80, 100, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400, 500, 630, 800, 1000, 1250, 1600, 2000, 2500kVA |
| Primary rated voltages | 6,6.3,6.6,10,10.5 or11kV |
| Secondary rated voltage | 0.4kV |
| Primary tap ranges | ±5% or±2×2.5%; confirm the specified tap arrangement |
| Connection groups | Dyn11,Yzn11 orYyn0, as listed in the manufacturer table |
| Short-circuit impedance | 4.0% for30–630kVA;4.5% for800kVA and above within the listed capacity range |
| No-load loss reference (capacity kVA: loss W) | 30: 100; 50: 130; 80: 180; 100: 200; 160: 280; 200: 340; 250: 400; 315: 480; 400: 570; 500: 680; 630: 810; 800: 980; 1000: 1150; 1250: 1360; 1600: 1640; 2000: 2250; 2500: 2400 |
| Frequency and project duty | State the required supply frequency, loading, harmonics, site conditions and applicable specification for manufacturer confirmation |
| Dimensions / total mass | Capacity-dependent; see manufacturer technical table and confirm the final approved drawing |
| Loss guarantees | Confirm the agreed reference temperature, winding construction and guaranteed losses for the ordered configuration |
Choose the capacity and voltage for the actual network and state the required frequency. The manufacturer table contains alternative load-loss values for some capacities without defining their mapping; no single load-loss guarantee is assigned to those alternatives here. Final guaranteed losses, impedance tolerance, tap arrangement, insulation level and installation drawing require confirmation for the ordered transformer.
Typical applications
- Three-phase distribution networks requiring the listed primary-to0.4kV voltage conversion.
