People Electric XJ01 starting boxes use an autotransformer to reduce the voltage applied during infrequent motor starts. Selection is limited to the 14–300kW models explicitly tabulated in the manufacturer catalogue. The introductory 400kW upper range is not added as an undocumented option. Confirm actual motor current, start duration/frequency, tap selection, thermal-relay/CT coordination and the complete supplied configuration before order.
