NewTrend · W100-T-P-DE
Product overview
NewTrend W100-T-P-DE reversing DC contactor for short-time winch and motor-direction control. Select the DC control coil independently from the main circuit.
Technical selection summary
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Supply identity | NewTrend motor-reversing contactor assembly; foreign DC66P/DC88P, Badland, Superwinch, AD400 and similar names are references, not proof of direct interchangeability |
| Main contacts | Two mechanically independent changeover poles (paired SPDT / 2CO); two control-coil directions, not a single SPST contactor |
| Working duty | Short-time DE version; do not continuously energise the DE coils. Specify ON duration and repetition for the motor load |
| Intermittent current | W50-T-P-DE: 250A; W100-T-P-DE: 500A. These are not continuous-duty ratings |
| Main-circuit voltage | Max 80V DC; coil voltage is specified separately |
| Coil supply | DC12V, DC24V, DC48V or DC72V; separate rated coil versions, not one universal-input coil |
| Coil power reference | W50: 25-27W; W100: 29-31W per retained product table |
| Pickup / release | Pickup below 30ms; release below 50ms; pickup below 75%Us at20°C; release5-40%Us |
| Contact drop / dielectric reference | Contact drop below 100mV; withstand AC1000V,50Hz for1minute. Withstand voltage is not an operating-voltage rating |
| Endurance reference | Mechanical100000 operations; intermittent electrical2000 operations per original table; actual load conditions must be matched |
| Installation | W50 and W100 outlines retained with separate captions. Confirm terminal threads and exact mounting specimen before ordering |
DE is the short-time version; DA is a different continuous-duty version. The stated intermittent current does not establish a DC breaking capacity or guaranteed motor-stall capability. Specify motor running/stall current, load voltage, ON time and repetition. Foreign reference numbers require separate mechanical, terminal and control checks.
Typical applications
- Short-time electric winch and tarp-motor direction control

Main circuit voltage: Max 80V DC for the supplied NewTrend version. Coil voltage is selected separately. Any 48V contact-circuit marking in retained legacy reference drawings describes the earlier reference, not the current supplied rating.
