CHINT · Contactor relay
Product overview
The CHINT NXRC contactor relay switches control, signal-transmission and isolation-amplifier circuits. The complete model identifies its four-contact arrangement and AC or DC coil; contact load ratings are separate from coil supply.
Technical selection summary
| Manufacturer models | NXRC-04 / -13 / -22 / -31 / -40 for AC coils; corresponding /Z models for DC coils |
|---|---|
| Contact arrangement | 04: 4NC; 13: 1NO+3NC; 22: 2NO+2NC; 31: 3NO+1NC; 40: 4NO |
| Conventional thermal current | Ith 10 A; this is not a motor-switching AC-3 rating |
| Contact operational duty | AC-15: 380 V, 1.5 A, 570 VA; DC-13: 220 V, 0.3 A, 66 W |
| Coil selection scope | AC 24/110/220/380 V 50/60 Hz; AC 127 V is included only for NXRC-31 in this selected model set. /Z models use DC 24/48/110/220 V |
| Assembly | AC and DC coil versions have different depths; match the exact outline and AX-3M auxiliary-contact assembly |
| Environment | -5°C to +40°C with daily mean ≤35°C; altitude up to 2000 m |
| Manufacturer standard | GB/T 14048.5 and IEC/EN 60947-5-1 |
Select coil voltage only after the exact model. A /Z DC-coil model must not be combined with an AC coil option. Other manufacturer voltages require the complete model and applicable coil documentation. Confirm signal-load duty, wiring and auxiliary-contact compatibility; do not infer a power-contactor rating from Ith.
Typical applications
- Relay-control and interlocking circuits
- Signal transmission and control-circuit isolation
