Product overview
People Electric RDW8DC distributes power and protects compatible high-current DC networks. The2500A and4000A frames have distinct current schedules and DC voltage/series-pole combinations. The manufacturer diagrams specify the series paths; these arrangements must not be treated as an ordinary AC phase/pole connection.

Frame, series-pole arrangement, voltage, current and connection drawing are linked. The2900A option is excluded because it is absent from the main frame-rating table. Specify the actual fault level, DC circuit time constant, protection coordination and busbar layout. Confirm the complete accessory/undervoltage-release and communication schedule; a control-supply selection does not define the main-circuit voltage.
