People Electric · Explosion-Proof Maintenance Socket Box
Product overview
People Electric BXX52 is a configurable maintenance socket-box family. The source shows two, three, four or six socket circuits and a mixed380V/220V example; each individual socket voltage, current and pole arrangement must be specified in the circuit schedule.
Technical selection summary
| Manufacturer / family | Original People Electric BXX52 |
|---|---|
| Socket-circuit counts | 2, 3, 4 or 6 |
| System voltages | AC 380/220V as source; a reference drawing shows separate380V and220V outlets. This is not a universal-input rating for each socket. |
| Socket rated-current choices listed | 16A or32A; confirm the current of every individual outlet |
| Pole arrangements listed | 3P+N; 1P+N+PE; 3P+N+PE. Match each outlet to its supply, protective conductor and mating plug; do not assume every pole arrangement at every current/voltage. |
| Manufacturer Ex marking | Exde IIB T4 Gb as catalogue; verify actual unit documents |
| Ingress / corrosion protection | IP55 or IP65; WF1; exact enclosure version to be confirmed |
| Main-switch option | K denotes a main switch in the model diagram; specify its current, poles and fault performance when required |
| Wiring / protection | Actual socket schedule, breaker protection, inlet directions and cable/thread entries by approved drawing |
| Standards referenced | GB 3836.1, GB 3836.2, GB 3836.3 and IEC 60079 as catalogue; no unobserved certificate is asserted |
This assembly is specified by an approved circuit drawing and component schedule. Catalogue current limits are upper boundaries, not the rating of every possible configuration. Confirm each circuit current/poles, devices, protection coordination, cable entries, actual Ex marking and conformity documentation before ordering. Reference outlines are not a universal final enclosure size. The circuit-count selector does not define the voltage/current of every socket; provide the per-outlet schedule.
Typical applications
- Industrial maintenance supplies using correctly matched outlet and plug arrangements.
- Mixed-voltage socket distribution engineered for the actual incoming supply.
Specify your enquiry
For a focused quotation, include:
- Circuit count, actual current/poles and device requirements for each outgoing circuit.
- Main-switch requirement/rating, supply system, fault level, controls and protection coordination.
- IIB/IIC requirement, IP version, site conditions, cable-entry schedule, approved drawings, quantity and documents.
- For each socket: voltage, current, pole/PE arrangement and mating-plug requirement.
