People Electric QZB autotransformers reduce the starting voltage and current of compatible three-phase squirrel-cage induction motors during infrequent starting. The primary and secondary share one winding, so this is not an isolating transformer or a continuous-duty distribution transformer. Confirm the motor power, starting load, tap connections and duty with the quotation.
