Product overview
NewTrend RW8-02 controls temperature using an NTC probe. Separate TH and TL controls set the upper and lower temperature thresholds from -15 to +45°C, with adjustable 0.5-5°C hysteresis. It uses its own upper/lower temperature function diagram. The 18mm DIN-rail relay detects a shorted or disconnected sensor circuit, uses AC/DC 24-240V and provides one normally open output rated 16A AC-1.

Operation
- Connect the NTC probe to T1-T2 and the control supply to A1-A2.
- Set the upper TH and lower TL thresholds separately and adjust hysteresis. Follow the dedicated RW8-02 diagram for the output response at both thresholds.
- The output uses terminals11-14. The green LED indicates supply and the red LED indicates relay-output state.

Connect a compatible NTC probe to T1-T2 and follow the exact-model function diagram. The 11-14 output is one normally open contact. Confirm probe specification and supply scope with the order; the sensor drawing illustrates a 50mm x 5mm probe with a 500mm lead. Installation and wiring must be performed by qualified electricians.
