Manual Transfer Switch GLZ1 3P 4P 100A 160A 200A 250A 315A 400A 630A 1000A 1250A 1600A Manual Changeover Switch for Generator

   

Application:

     GLZ1 Manual Change Over Switch is suitable for the changeover of two sets of low voltage electric circuit or the changeover of 2 sets of on-load devices or safety insulation.

     Mode of operation:
     – Handle is operated inside the cabinet
     – Handle is operated outside the cabinet
Products with observation windows can be provided according to the demand to observe directly the on and off state of contact.
The products have 3 poles, 4 poles, and (3 poles + on and off netural pole).
Extended shaft is used for the operation outside the board.
Two sets of auxiliary contacts can be assembled according to the demand.
Mechanical property and electric property correspond to the mechanical property and electric property of GLZ1. A bridge can provided to connect the inlet or outlet terminal of the switch. Note: The bridge connection is chosen, an explanation is needed to indicate the inlet or outlet is connected with it.

Installation & Mounting

What mounting rails, busbars, and spatial clearances are required?

A

Components mount on standard symmetrical 35mm DIN rail (EN 60715 / TH35-7.5) or backplate screw fixings. Maintain recommended top/bottom ventilation gaps (typically 30–50mm) to ensure unrestricted air convection, and use standard pin/fork comb busbars to minimize contact resistance and wiring errors.

Conductor & Torque Sizing

What conductor sizes and terminal tightening torques should be applied?

A

Select copper or aluminum conductor cross-sections complying with IEC 60364-5-52 current-carrying capacity tables based on continuous load.
