Product overview
ABB AF 3-pole contactors switch three-phase motors and power circuits using electronically controlled coils with built-in surge suppression. The family covers AF09-AF2850, together with AF09Z-AF38Z low-consumption control variants. AC-1 and AC-3 ratings are specified separately for each model. Rated Current selections use AC-3 motor ratings at 400V. AC-1 ratings for power switching are listed separately in the technical tables.
