A: For standard products with stock available, we can ship within 3-7 days. For bulk orders or customized products, delivery time is typically 15-30 days depending on order quantity and customization requirements.
Q: Do you offer samples for testing?
A: Yes, we provide samples for quality testing before bulk orders. Sample delivery time is usually 3-5 days by express courier. Sample costs can be refunded or deducted from your bulk order.
Q: What payment terms do you accept?
A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders, Western Union, and PayPal for small orders. For long-term partners, we can also discuss O/A or D/P payment terms.
